how it helps
Competitive rates start at $19 per year up to age 60, $24 per year for ages 60-79, and $48 per year for ages 80 and up. View this rate chart to learn more. Rates are lower because they are created specifically for NEA members and only available to the NEA membership.
Coverage is guaranteed for every NEA member, their spouses and dependent children. There’s no need for a medical exam, and there’s no age limit for enrollment.
Get coverage in $30,000 increments. You’re eligible for lifetime coverage as long as you remain an NEA member.
Plans pay up to $120,000 for covered accidents and $520,000 for accidents that occur on planes, trains, ships or any other type of public conveyance.
